All our Ecu and Modules for sale are sold in a Used Condition unless stated otherwise. This means they maybe dirty and scratcged. Items also can sometimes get damaged during shipping regardless of how well we package them. We are happy to refund/exchange any items that get damaged during shipping but you must contact us within 24 hours of receiving them.
Ecu Cloning Services
These services will only work if the Donor Part you supply is in full working order and that all part numbers match. Refunds are not given if you have supplied a faulty unit or have mis-diagnosed the Ecu as being the issue in the first place. We do not test your supplied units before opening them so it is up to you to verify that they are in working order. The Dash Master Limited is not responsible for any faults incurred in your vehicle after the cloning process. The Dash Master Ltd does not also work on Ecus/Modules that have previously been worked on by someone else. Please contact us if they have and we will decide whether we can carry out any work for you.
Immobiliser removal allows a vehicle to be started by bypassing the factory immobliser. Our Immobiliser Removal Services are strictly for offroad/racing purposes. The Dash Master Ltd is in no way responsible if this service is not used in accordance with the laws in your country.
Data Transfer Options
When purchasing a sales item from us and selecting the Data Transfer Option, we will only post back the sales item. If you require your Original Ecu back, you must contact us when purchasing the item.
Sales Items: We offer a standard 12 month ‘replacement’ warranty with all of our Sale Items. This does not burn faults caused by your vehicle or water damage. If in the rare occasion we are unable to find you another replacement, a full refund will be given.
All Items deemed to be faulty must be sent back to us for testing so we can determine why the unit has failed before we supply another replacement. The warranty starts from the date of Purchase of Sale Item.
Repair Services: All our Ecu/Immobiliser/Repair services come with a 12 month warranty unless stated otherwise.
No returns are accepted if you change your mind or order the wrong item. It is up to you check your part number to make sure the Item will work correctly. If an item is deemed faulty, you MUST contact us within 48 hours of the Item being delivered to you. Any time after this, it is at our discretion as to whether to accept the return. Once we have received the faulty item back, we will carry out a full test and diagnostic to ensure the item is at fault. If we deem there is no fault, the item will be returned to you. If the item is actually faulty, a replacement will be sent to you as soon as possible.
All goods are posted by Royal Mail First Class or Special Services.
All items will be sent via Royal Mail International Signed for Post. If you send your items via a courier company, YOU will be responsible for any customs/import charges. Your items will not be sent back to you until these charges have been paid.
All of our services are guaranteed. If for some reason, our service didn’t work, we reserve the right to check our work and correct the issue for you. If when receiving back the item, we noticed that the item is different from when we sent it out to you (including software checks), we reserve the right to offer a refund.
If in the unlikely event, we are not able to fulfil our Service, a full refund will be sent to you within 3 working days using the same method you used to pay with.
