This service is to disable Speed Limiter from your Vehicle
This is generally set at 56mph but can differ.
The Dealer or a vehicle Tuner will NOT be able disable your Limiter.
The Speed Limiter is in both the vehicle BCM (Body Control Module) and Engine Ecu.
